This whole fucking thing. <br><br>I want to live in a society that is just, fair and equal. I want to live in a society where everyone can be happy, and everyone can live together peacefully. <br><br>That's not the society that I'm living in. I'm done being hopeful. I'm done thinking that it's going to get better. I'm done thinking that there's a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm done thinking that people are inherently good. <br><br>I'm done thinking that my government cares about me. They don't. They don't care about us, they care about the rich. They won't stop until they have every penny and then they'll throw us to the streets. <br><br>I'm done thinking that I have a say. I don't. I don't matter, I don't count, no one cares what I think. They don't care what you think either. We're sheep being herded to slaughter. <br><br>I'm done thinking that my vote matters. It doesn't. My vote doesn't matter. No one cares about my vote. No one cares about your vote. <br><br>I'm done thinking that people with different view points can have respectful conversations. We can't. We can't even be in the same fucking room without someone trying to murder the other. <br><br>I'm done being hopeful and optimistic. I'm done giving people the benefit of the doubt. I'm done thinking that there's going to be a better tomorrow. <br><br>You know what there is? There's a better fucking country out there. Maybe I'll move to one, maybe I'll stay here and watch it fucking burn. <br><br>I'm over people who can't afford to go to college for 8 years to be a doctor being in debt for decades. I'm over the cost to send a kid to college for 4 years being in the tens of thousands of dollars. I'm over having to take out loans just to educate your children. <br><br>I'm over the elderly being kicked out of their life long homes because they can't afford to pay rent for the last few years of their life. <br><br>I'm over the poor not being able to afford food, clothes and shelter. I'm over people having to choose between feeding their kids, or feeding themselves. I'm over people having to choose between eating, or having a home. <br><br>I'm over people dying because they couldn't afford medicine. I'm over people dying because they couldn't afford treatment. I'm over people being tortured by chemo that they can't afford because treatment is too expensive. <br><br>I'm over people who are sick not being able to afford to go to the doctor. I'm over people not being able to afford basic healthcare for themselves or their children. <br><br>I'm over people being forced out of their only homes because someone wants to build a new development. I'm over people not being able to afford a house. I'm over a basic fucking home costing upwards of half a million dollars. <br><br>I'm over the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. I'm over billionaires. I'm over millionaires. <br><br>I'm over people having to work 3 jobs just to make enough to survive. I'm over people having to work 60, 80, 100 hour weeks just to barely make enough money to survive. <br><br>I'm over people not being able to afford to retire. I'm over people having to work until they die. I'm over the elderly not being taken care of. <br><br>I'm over people having to fear for their lives because of the color of their skin. I'm over people having to fear for their lives because of where they were born. I'm over people having to fear for their lives because of their religion. I'm over people having to fear for their lives because they're trans. I'm over people having to fear for their lives because they're gay. I'm over people having to fear for their lives because of who they want to marry. <br><br>I'm over people not being able to marry who they love. I'm over people not being able to love who they love. <br><br>I'm over children being kicked out because their parents don't approve. I'm over children being beaten and abused because their parents don't approve. <br><br>I'm over suicide. I'm over a child taking their own life because of the way that they were treated. I'm over people taking their own life because they were treated poorly. <br><br>I'm over war. I'm over innocent civilians being slaughtered and called "collateral damage". I'm over children being bombed, shot, stabbed, smashed, drowned, burned and beaten to death. I'm over people dying for no reason. I'm over people dying for no good reason. <br><br>I'm over the USA.
