it is suspiciously difficult to cancel my subscription

I was trying to contact GPT Chat to show them a bug, and I ended up accidentally starting a subscription. Now I'm trying to contact them to cancel it, but I have yet to find a way to contact them to cancel it. I've been going around in circles in their "help" pages for far too long trying to just send them an email for god's sake. How do I send them an email?<br><br>I have yet to find a way to send them a simple email, and all I get are a bunch of "you have to install GPT chat on your phone" or "you have to join a discord" nonsense. How the fuck have they become so inconsiderate of their users? I will not install GPT chat on my phone or join a stupid discord, just let me send you a fucking email already. This is becoming absurd.
