Who in their right mind would want to be a billionaire? High net worth people do not know the meaning of the word "enough".

I read an interview of a billionaire CEO today and I was horrified. He made a remark like, "oh, I'm worth about 12 billion dollars now" as if that's nothing.

I do not care how much money you make, 12 BILLION DOLLARS is not "about" 12 billion dollars.

It seemed like it meant nothing to him. He was still worried about making more. Like, what more do you want from life? You already have more than you can ever possibly need.

I've been to these super high end communities before because I do contract work and its usually in those areas. Ironically, the super rich seem to be the rudest and gloomiest people. They don't seem to enjoy life anymore than other people. Their houses are super bland and boring, not really decorated much or anything. Its as if they have worked so much and made so much money that they have no hobbies, no interests, and no clue on what to do with themselves so they just continue to work.

I am not one to complain about how people choose to live their lives. But these people are the most burnt out looking people I've ever seen and they don't seem to really care for their own lives.

Who in their right mind would want to be a billionaire?
