Anybody ever make a purchase from ICL or NFA Advising? - Got a really bad feeling about something and would love your help.

So long story short, shopped at ICL and I'm working on the whole process to hopefully acquire a suppressor. I saw ICL on a buy/sell/trade Facebook page so tried to do my research on the account and figured they were legit. So they advised me to go through NFA Advising to setup my trust and to start my paperwork with the ATF. ICL said NFA Advising is a company that does all trust and paperwork setup for all the gun stores in the area, and they would then get in touch with ICL so they can finalize everything with the ATF. ICL had helped me maneuver the ATF's website and when I got home I realized someone from ICL apparently set up the paperwork account for me as their account is listed on my ATF account. ICL said it was a user account to get the info, but I'm not sure if that's true. I called the ATF and they advised me to set up a new ATF account and cancel the first one that they set up for me, and start the process fresh. So it looks like I'm out $188 from NFA Advising and $260 from ICL (who assured me that I would get a refund if the ATF paperwork didnt go through) unless they contact me and tell me otherwise. I'm about to call ICL, I'm thinking they're a total scam and they will tell me that they set up a new account and they'll email me when it's ready and that'll never come. I'm going to try to do the same thing to another gun shop just to see if the same thing happens. My coworker has told me that the ICL account on Facebook is also an account that was created this year, so they're new to the game. So the whole process was to do a credit card payment through ICL, then they would send me a link for NFA Advising and I would have to do another credit card payment, and at no point do they give you any paperwork. They said there was some rules about filing paperwork that you don't actually get a copy of it. Thought that sounded weird. <br><br>TL;DR - Anybody buy anything from ICL or NFA Advising? Got a weird feeling about how the process went so wanted to do some research before getting in touch with them.
