Does anyone else ever just break down and cry because theyre still not really sure what to do about the patriarchy?

I genuinely just dont know... seeing things so clearly and no matter how aware and susurrative i am, nothing ever changes. We really are powerless. Im not an abelist so i will never believe that people can change through willpower alone. I think many women have internalized that ableism when they say that 'not all men' can change.. im not making excuses but just like the rest of us, they are a product of upbringing. It really is not quite as simple as 'hey men, change'.. and im not even talking about their upbringing, but just... seeing through the massive machinery of a gendered society. I really do not know what to do, i am only practising survival..
