I think it's easy to say that COVID was a massive societal turning point, and that's what makes this a good discussion for r/AskHistory: What will be the ultimate effects? I see the obvious ones only in how it accelerated working from home, the decline of small businesses (both positive and negative) and many other things -- but what other ultimate changes will come about because of COVID? What will be the complete historical legacy of this era?
