How can I tell my wife I can’t be physically attracted to her if she’s fat or obese?

How do I tell my wife I’m not physically attracted to her if she’s overweight? I know it’s mean to me but I’m sick of being used and can’t tell her what I’m really thinking. I just love her and want her to be healthier.
