GPT-4 Turings make sense and yet they still don't.

I tried it out for the first time in a while. It's 100% filler words.<br><br>If GPT-4 really is almost on par with a human, then you'd expect it to be able to say something at least somewhat on the level of a 'normal' human. I guess you could say that's what it was trying to do. But then you would expect a normal human to be able to answer a quick question like that with more than "Uh it's complicated and I don't really know, it's not really something you can fully understand."
