What do I do if every other career requires too much education or training?

I have a hard time showing my math homework, and I gave up on it after multiple tutors. I am in 8th grade and I'm good at almost everything but math. Now I am trying to figure out my career. I have tried several careers and they all require too much education/training. I want a career where I can learn the skills on the job, so I want a job with a lot of on the job training. However, there are very little jobs with a lot of on the job training. For example, I have considered becoming an airline pilot, or a racecar driver. But both of them require a lot of training. What should I do?
