I think I could shoplift from my local Walmart if certain employee was working

Little backstory<br>I used to work at this Walmart as a stocker/sanitizer person <br>One of the employee there was really nice to me because I was the youngest one there, I was only 15 <br>I think she felt bad about me because I missed my high school orientation to work (yeah I know) <br>Anyways she always said I can buy certain snacks for free if I want to <br>She really showed me how to do it too<br>Now I think if I was to steal anything, I can get away with it if she was working<br>I was wondering how I can do it?
