The 3% rolling out the bonuses for themselves

Idk if this has already been reported here but the 3% have paid out a so called "remuneration" to themselves for "popularizing the Lithuanian language and culture through art and various cultural events", which is code for "majority of it goes into their pockets and the rest will go into some dog and pony show about how important is our culture"
