Does anyone have any recommendations on how to shoplift during the holidays?

I am planning on shoplifting more often during the holiday season but I'm worried not only about constantly getting caught but I'm worried that it'll be harder to get away with as the stores will have more people and security. I know there's been a lot of posts about this but I've never shopped lifted during this time of the year before and I'm currently in a bind and need a little bit of help. I'm literally going through a very rough patch, and this holiday season I going to be pretty much broke and I want to give myself a nice little gift during this time of the year. But to get my gift I need to steal and I've only shopped lifted once and it was last month when I stole only one item and I've been trying to improve on my shoplifting game on my own but even on the second time I was caught and now I'm really trying to get better so I can be able to shoplift in peace.

I know that there are a lot of apps and websites that offer classes and different tips on how to shoplift successfully. I've been trying to record myself while I'm shoplifting and I've also been trying to put my belongings in a small purse because I'm a woman and I have been able to use that as an excuse before for not being able to get arrested right on the spot and have me literally take my purse and leave the store. But after the first time I was caught I got really paranoid and going back to the same store to steal from them again is something I'm not comfortable with. I'm still a beginner and I don't know how many times a person can get caught before actually facing consequences, but I want to be able to get my holiday gifts for myself without being caught and if I can avoid that one particular store I'd be really happy to do so. I know that it's not a good idea to be stealing from the same store that you've been caught at before because I know that I'd be on a watch list right now. I'm also thinking about marking the items that I take, is that a good idea? Or is that not a good idea? I have not tried anything like that before and I'm curious. I'm also trying to buy something first before I try to steal. It's just for peace of mind, knowing that I have already paid for something and I'm still going to pay for the item but I'll be paying for it with a coupon that I found which is kind of a stupid idea now that I think about it because it's just a coupon but to me, it's a way on a spiritual level of me feeling less guilty about stealing. Is that weird? But because I'm only a beginner I have to start somewhere, and I'm planing on stealing clothing and shoes. I've stolen clothing twice and both times I got caught and I'm planning on stealing shoes for the first time this weekend but I want to know what to do to not get caught. I'm planning on stealing at a different store and during the day time. Do you think that's a good idea? Or should I steal during the night? I've only stolen in the day time before, I don't feel comfortable stealing at night. What do you think? What advice do you have? I don't get what people mean when they say that people are more distracted during the holidays and how it's easier to steal. I don't get it, what's so different about stealing during this time of the year? I'm not trying to be rude, I just don't get it and I don't understand how stealing now is easier then stealing during other months. Can someone explain it to me? I don't want to have to pay any fines or miss any work because I got arrested, I want to avoid all of that if I can and not have to deal with that so I'm seeking a little bit of help and just want to know what are some general tips that people use to not get caught. I'm not looking to steal electronics, and I don't have any friends that I can shoplift with so I have to do everything by myself. I also don't want to have to steal snacks and things like that. I'm looking to steal clothing and shoes and I don't want to have to buy anything. What other tips and advice do you have?
