HINDU IDENTITY IS NOT ANTI-MUSLIM, IT IS ANTI JIHAD

Jihad wiped out ancient Hinduism in Mesopotamia, Persia, Egypt and Kushan. The only remaining Hindu resistance is in South Asia. And to prevent the loss of this last bastion too, we must stay vigilant and united. <br><br>India's the last bastion of Hinduism because of its geographical boundaries that limited Muslim invasions. And in spite of the recurring invasions, Hinduism has survived here because of the periodic renaissance of the faith. The Maratha Empire in the Mughal era, the Vijayanagar Empire in South India and the Sikh Empire in the North West are examples of Hindu resistance against Jihad. <br><br>Therefore, Hindu identity is not built on hate for Muslims. It is built on the awareness of protecting itself from the menace of Jihad. While Muslims have a right to their beliefs, Hindu identity is a resolve to defend its very existence. <br><br>India is a unique country where atheism, polytheism and monotheism coexist. Also, perhaps the only country where a majority community is not granted minority benefits. And the only country where despite forming 80% of the population, Hindus do not control the media, the academia, the industry or the legal discourse. <br><br>The Hindu identity is in many ways, a privilege enjoyed by the majority community in any other country. But here, it is a struggle to maintain its existence. To protect its cultural heritage. To not let its traditions be ridiculed and rejected, to not let its rights be usurped.<br><br>So when Hindus talk of identity, they are defending the very right to live. A right that has been snatched away from them through ghastly genocides, brutal religious conversions, inhuman peaces of exodus and strategic demographic changes. The Hindu identity is a collective response to cultural colonialism, to the oppression of Brahmins, to fake secularism in politics, to manipulative casteism, to the invasion of foreign faith and the weakening of national pride. <br><br>The Hindu identity is the spirit of India to withstand the aggression of foreign ideologies. It is the cultural soul of India, blended in its customs, philosophy, festivals, food, language, history and geography. India cannot exist without Hinduism and Hindus cannot exist without India.<br><br>So when you talk of Hindu identity, talk of its resilience, talk of its pride, talk of its will to coexist.
