I (m21) have never in my life felt as lonely as I have now

I don’t even understand it. I have a lot of friends, family both close and not, a good job with an easy commute, and I’m in peak physical condition. My life is literally set. I don’t even feel bad, I just wonder why the hell I exist and what the point is. I have no drive or want to live and I’ve been feeling this way for months now. Thoughts?
