Never experienced being a gentleman to women

I'm 32 and my first real experience with dating was at the age of 28, and throughout all those dates I never experienced this weird concept that women are entitled to. I've had not one lady ever open the car door for me, or to pay for me to eat. I've had ladies that order their food and drinks and expects me to pay while I pay for my own food and drinks. Women don't even say thank you when I pay for them lol. It's definitely a one sided street with dating these days, which is why I stopped bothering.
