How I injected myself with ivermectin

So here's the deal. I used to work back in my home country and the local medical offices were close to my workplace. One day I came down with Covid. I didn't feel great, and my fever was too high. So I went to see the doctor. He took my temperature, blood tests and found out I had Covid. He told me it's nothing serious, but I had to stay in quarantine for two weeks. I asked if I could have anything to help with this and he told me to take paracetamol (aka acetaminophen). Well, I took paracetamol for about 3 days, and it did nothing. I felt like shit. He never called me nor checked up on me like he promised me he would. But one day I get a call my from the local hospital if I'm feeling okay. I'm like yeah, I'm fine, why? "You tested positive for Covid". Yeah, I know that. "Did you know you're positive?". Yeah I know that. "Are you feeling okay?". Yeah, I feel like shit. I'm going to go to a different hospital and get in touch with a different doctor. "You can't do that. You need to stay in quarantine, otherwise we'll send the police after you."<br><br>So I go to another doctor. This one is a little bit better. But she tells me she can't give me any medication. I can only take paracetamol.<br><br>I did some research online. I found out that a clinic in Slovakia was using ivermectin to treat their patients. I found out that I can also buy ivermectin in veterinary form as an anti-parasite drug for cattle and horses. Well, I was desperate. So I went to buy some. I went to about 5 different places in my town and none of them had it. I asked my wife to go to a different city and ask some other vet clinics there. I asked her to not tell them I have Covid, but just ask if they have it and if they can sell it to her, because "our dog has heart worms or some shit". And she found one. They had it. I took it home and I didn't know what to do with it. I broke open all the tablets, mixed it with water and drank it. I did this for 5 days. I was a little bit worried I'm gonna start growing internal organs or something. But my fever went away, I felt better, and I survived Covid.<br><br>I went back to the doctor a week or so later and she was surprised I was feeling so well. "Well, whatever you did, it worked. Can I have the recipe so I can give it my other patients?". "Uh...", I don't think I should tell her I've been drinking horse dewormer. So I didn't tell her. I just told her I took high doses of vit C, vit D and Zn. That was my little white lie.
