I met a real life catgirl

i was visiting my friend, and she is a huge anime fan. i dont know what to make of anime, (it's very anime) but whatever. i came to visit, and she and her roommates are watching the anime where the kittten girl lives in the house with the kid. (i dont know what it's called). and they were all like <br><br>"it's so cute. i want a real life cat girl to live with me"<br><br>and that was that.<br><br>so the next day, i went over to visit again, and on the way back to her dorm, we saw a stray cat. it was a little black and white kitten with big ears and huge eyes. it was very skinny and dirty. we were like <br><br>"oh cute kitty. come on kitty"<br><br>and the cat comes right up to us, but it's like deathly afraid. it spends like half an hour slowly building up the courage to let us pet it. i pick it up, and stuffed it in my anime merch t shirt. it was very relaxed in there for some reason.<br><br>so we take the cat to my friend's dorm room, and immediately start calling it Kyouya.<br><br>they buy cat food and milk and stuff, and we feed it, but it was super hungry and ate a lot. we were like <br><br>"we need to take this cat to the vet."<br><br>and my friend was like <br><br>"do you think the vet is open this late?"<br><br>and i was like <br><br>"you know what? I feel like this cat isn't going to wait until the morning."<br><br>and i take Kyouya to my car, and drive to the vet hospital 10 min down the road. and sure enough the vet is closed. but right next door there is an animal hospital that is open until 10PM, and it was only 9. i was like <br><br>"jackpot."<br><br>so we go in, and the doctor examines Kyouya, and basically says that Kyouya is a girl and she is sick. she has fleas, worms, and a bunch of other stuff. the doctor was like <br><br>"it's not that this cat is sick. it's that this cat has been sick since birth. is she your cat?"<br><br>and i was like <br><br>"....yes."<br><br>i was instructed on how to act like a normal cat owner, and they gave me all this medicine, but it was really expensive. it was 700 USD. but i was like <br><br>"it's not like i have a choice. i am Kyouya's dad."<br><br>i drove to Walmart, and they were nice enough to stay open late while i bought the food and supplies and toys for Kyouya. i took Kyouya home, and my friend was like <br><br>"this cat is so cute."<br><br>and i was like <br><br>"yeah she's my life."<br><br>Kyouya has been sleeping all day, and i havent taken her outside since the beginning. but she looks a lot better, and she's eating more. i think she's okay.<br><br>i'm going to take Kyouya to the vet again tomorrow, and i'm going to go home and set up her stuff. i feel like i'm not even a person anymore. i'm just Kyouya's dad.<br><br>i can't believe that yesterday i was like <br><br>"i never want pets"<br><br>and today i have a cat. i'm not even a cat person. i don't understand anything. dut...just give me a job and a wife and then i will be happy. not anymore. i have Kyouya now<br><br>edit: well, ok. Kyouya is doing really well now, she is so much cuter now that she is relaxed. she was so scared and dirty at first, i think i was blinded by my dad instincts and didnt even realize how cute she was. she is so adorable now. she's so happy too, she purrs so loudly whenever she is on my lap. she's really playful too, but she's not loud, it's so cute. she sleeps at my head when i'm sleeping. she is so much better now, i'm glad i took her in. and she purrs so much, i didn't know cats could purr so much. i think she might be part Siamese for real. oh well. i dont know what to say. i just wont be on chambers much anymore. i am Kyouya's dad now.
