Feeling like a warrior who has won the war but at the cost of all his limbs.

This is my first post on this sub, but since yesterday I've binge read every single post on this sub to immerse myself into the world of MGTOW. I'm a student from Nepal (19 F), never been in a relationship. Brought up in a high middle class family. I never knew anything about feminism until recently when the feminist movement is gaining momentum in my country.

Yesterday I saw a post on r/relationships where a guy wrote to ask the redditors if he was in the wrong for telling his girlfriend that he'll break up with her if she stays the night at her parent's house instead of with him. Most of the people were calling him unreasonable and controlling, but to be honest I kinda understand where he was coming from. For a couple to work, they should be able to spend quality time together. Anyway, he ends up breaking up with her because she didn't want to spend the night.

I was just reading the comments idly until a woman commented that he should be happy because he's young and he'll find another one. The woman who commented literally said "Losing a girlfriend isn't the end of the world, you can lose 100 girlfriends". I was infuriated. I was infuriated because she was comparing the relationship which was built for two years to be easily disposable and replaceable.

Then I started to notice a pattern in every other comments that the girl is the one that should be happy because she's 'free' now. A relationship cannot be built without two people. It's not a one-sided thing unless it's one-sided infatuation or one-sided crush. But people, especially women, are SO ready to belittle men's feeling. It seems like whenever a relationship breaks up, it is the woman who is always the victim. It's like men are nothing to them but disposable objects.

It made me feel very uneasy. I felt like I'm a warrior who has finally won a war but have lost all my limps in the war. If men can't even expect women to understand their feelings, then where will they go? What makes me even angrier is that women literally demand men to be in touch with their feelings but they don't want to listen when men talk. Women aren't considerate of men's feelings but they demand men to be considerate of theirs at all times.
