I feel like my whole city has been glitching lately.

So, I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I feel like the whole area has been glitching. I'll walk into a store and there's a person dressed in a worker shirt, but they aren't wearing the name tag. Or I'll walk through a neighborhood and notice unusual window coverings, or no window coverings, or a house that's completely empty. Or I'll get in my car and realize there are no cars on the road. Or I'm in the grocery store and there are hundreds of choices of yogurt, hundreds of choices of bread, hundreds of choices of milk, but the items are almost completely missing from the shelves. Or I wake up in the morning and there are 10 texts from spammers. So, yeah, I feel like I'm living in a glitch. Has anyone else felt that way?
