I was on meth and my friend on mescaline, we had so much fun

Last week I was on meth and my friend was on mescaline. I cant say its a good drug but it was so much fun. We were shopping and I was on meth and having the time of my life. My friend was on mescaline and had some issues with mental health, he was talking to an invisible man. He was enjoying it but when we were out shopping and eating he said he was scared. Like he was scared of the chairs and couches because they were moving. He was acting very funny. He kept telling the man to go away. It was funny but at the same time I felt bad for him. He had some issues with mental health and I think mescaline didnt help. I dont wanna push him to get help or anything but I am starting to feel bad for him to be honest.
