Is it actually a good idea to work on your passion?

I mean it sounds like a great idea to work on your passion and if you can manage that its great but more than half the time you'll be doing admin work and so many people end up failing and leave those jobs because of the admin work. <br><br>I do think it's better to find a job you would enjoy and work on your passion in your free time.
