I woke up to two dead bunnies and 6 dead squirming babies outside of mom's vent. Advice please

I keep my bunnies in my room with fresh change on hay and water in the mornings and evenings. At night, I let her in the main house for the night. This morning, I go to change her and I find two dead babies and 6 outside of mom's vent. I'm concerned about my bunny as well, as she's not her usual self. She was shivering and wobbly, as if something hurt her. I'm wondering if momma maybe crushed them due to sudden stress of leaving her cage? I'm still a young homesteader and this is my first litter. I'm really sad because I was really looking forward to raising and selling these babies. Right now, I'm really just concerned for my bunny as she's not acting her best. What should I do? She won't eat or drink normally today.
