My (25F) fiance (28M) want to kick our 17 (F) housemate out because she posts nudes

I (25F) am engaged to my fiance (28M) and we both live in a 4 bedroom house together with 2 other housemates. We have been living here for about 18 months now, and we have about a 5 month left on the lease. One of our housemates is a 17 year old girl. She’s not related to either of us. We picked her up off and ad when her living situation fell through. We had a spare room open and figured why not. <br><br>Ever since we moved in together we have had no issues with our housemate. She does all her chores, is quiet, respectful and overall a sweet girl.<br><br>However we recently discovered that she has a couple of social media accounts and on these accounts she posts pornographic content. She doesn’t post much but its enough to confirm that it is her and it is nudes. Now my fiance is wanting to evict her from the house. He says that he feels violated and uncomfortable knowing that she is doing this under his roof and the fact that she is underage concerns him. <br><br>I am torn on how I should feel about this. I don’t particularly like the idea of someone posting nudes so openly and freely but at the same time I feel like she’s an adult (almost) and she’s entitled to her own decisions. She doesn’t bother us about it and it doesn’t affect us anyway. She’s not any trouble. And the fact that she has nowhere else to go really bothers me.<br><br>What do you think I should do.<br><br>Edit: for everyone who is saying that the housemate is not 17, I don’t care how old she actually is. She acted and seemed like she was 17 and that’s what we were told. Her age was never a concern for us until recently. <br><br>Edit2: for people saying its illegal to kick her out. It is not illegal to evict someone from a rental property (not our property) for breaching their lease to have a minor living in the premises.
