Will people be accepted into the future of humanity if they are not "digitally connected"?

I've heard time and time again, like 1000 times that "no human will be left behind" in this digital age. But I'm not so sure about that. Those who possess the correct neural implants, wear the right AR glasses, and have the latest muscles attached are the only ones "worthy" of moving forward, basically. What if you are a poor human with no neural implants, bad eyesight, and no robotic muscles, and no time to "LARP" with this modern technology? Is this message of "no human will be left behind" going to be true then? I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
