I went from waking up at 7 am and going to bed at 3am every day, waking myself up repeatedly, sleeping in until 3 pm and then throwing my entire day away watching tv and playing video games, and going to bed at 3 am again. <br><br>My sleep schedule was fucked and my whole day was messed up. I was never feeling good and I have no idea what I did all day and I never accomplished anything. <br><br>I made the decision and set a goal on January 1st to completely change my life, and im so proud so far because I’ve done really well and I feel so good and so free, as a result. <br><br>I mean I’ve accomplished things in life and I’ve been a very productive and driven person in the past but for years I’ve just been stuck in a complete rut. <br><br>Now I have a regular sleep schedule, and I sleep on time, I eat healthy and I have time to work out and I have time to do my hobbies and I have time for my friends and I’m back into reading and I’m back into playing guitar and I have time to do everything I want during the day and I’m also so happy and so proud of myself. <br><br>Things are actually getting better for once and I finally feel happy and I can enjoy my life and live my life the way I want to. <br><br>If you’re in a rut, just have the strength and courage to actually do it and change your life bc there’s nothing better.
