I'm sick of people (men) saying "you're not like other girls" or "not like most girls" as a compliment

I'm a 22 y.o. woman who had a night out with friends who are guys. I was streaking the streets for fun, playing pool at our local bar, got drunk in a way that no one can label me a "stupid drunk bimbo" and at the end of the night, I was with a guy of the group who just congratulated me on being "not like the other girls" I asked him what he meant, and he said I did things just like the guys, not like the girls. He said it as if it was a compliment, like "yeah, you're a guy now". I told him I'm doing things like that BECAUSE I'm a woman and I don't let anyone put me in a box, and that being a woman is 100% not a "lesser" category, but he didn't get it. Why the hell do men think that saying "you're like one of us" or "you're not like the other girls" are compliments? What is so bad about being a girl or a woman?
