Is anyone else concerned that the brain-computer interfaces are going to replace us and make us obsolete or useless?

I do time tracking for computer programs. I sometimes wonder if a brain-computer interface would be able to do the same thing (or better). Google has bought meta, and they're going to be launching their brain computer interfaces any day now.
