I keep hearing about what the bright future of super intelligent machines are going to bring to us. We'll have more time to indulge in our hobbies, and less time doing mundane labor. It seems like a story we've been telling ourselves for the last 70 years. <br><br>We'll have a utopia and all of our dreams will come true. <br><br>But I live in New York City. This is not an utopia. There are homeless people living on the streets.<br><br>It recently came out that Amazon, who's CEO has a net worth of $219 billion, allowed him to make off with billions in profit, and Amazon paid zero dollars in taxes. How does the 1% keep getting richer when society is crumbling around us? <br><br>How do you expect people to survive when there's no labor force? How do people get healthcare? How do people get food? How do people live in this world? <br><br>Where is everyone going to live after we don't need a workforce?
