What is the average time it takes to get to a B2 level?

What is the average time it takes to get to B2 level in a language? I know that it depends on a lot of factors such as the difficulty of the language, amount of time spent learning, effectiveness of learning, motivation and so on, so don't see this as science, more like a general idea.
