Do teachers feel like they’re being pushed?

I’m an admin at a school and I’ve never seen teachers get pushed like they are now. I’ve seen teachers cry recently because they’re pushed so much. And I’ve never seen teachers not get raises like they are now. Why isn’t anyone doing anything about this? It seems like teachers are getting shafted in every way possible.
