Had 4 Different Models Decline and Cancel my request over past 2 days. First time experience, any idea?

I'm just ChatGPT Plus user. I've been using chatGPT for months now for writing, data entry, and research purposes. Since the last 2 days I had 4 different models decline my request and cancel it. Any idea why this is happening? Is this new? I have never seen this before. The work is completely legal. I've pasted the work below:<br><br>"Write an email of 200 words.
