The next big case “deals” with abortion and will go before the Supreme Court

The next case deals with mifepristone. This was the drug taken by the woman in the story I posted about recently that prevented her from having to go to the emergency room.<br><br>[Edit] To sum up, the federal judge that made the ruling was appointed by Trump. The first court ruled the drug was approved by the FDA fraudulently. The FDA will appeal the ruling. What the final outcome will be or what damage will be done if the ruling is overturned is unclear.<br><br>[Edit] I should also note that this judge’s appointment was blocked by a Republican senator who lived in the state where the judge was appointed to serve. Before his appointment to the federal courts, he was serving as the US attorney in the state. Because of this, the senator could block the appointment. The US attorneyship is important here, because the current AG appointed him to the position.<br><br>A very important note here is that the current AG doesn’t have the credentials required for the position. He is a former US district judge, however he was put on senior status for poor performance. He didn’t have the necessary qualifications required to be AG nor the necessary qualifications to hold a spot in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court was called out for this at the time, but they did nothing about it.<br><br>I can’t say that there is a conspiracy going on here, but the nominations were definitely calculated and made with great intent.
