How long does it take for a chubby to transition to a curvy/fit?

Got my first chubby gf and I’m curious to know from ur experiences how long does it take for her to get fit/curvy when she starts working out and eating healthy. Mind you we are both 21 years old. Looking for answers from chubbies that got fit/curvy in the past
