Hey everyone,

We know it's been a while, and we're sorry if you were frustrated with the lack of responses. There's a lot going on in the world, and we got busy with other things. We know that's not a good excuse, and we should have been more active in helping people with their writing. Recently, we got together as a mod team and started looking at what was going on in the community. We were really disappointed to see that we have a lot of posts with no comments, and people feeling like they don't get any good feedback.

The reason we're here is to help people improve, and become better writers. We want people to have their work looked over, critiqued, and edited in a way that is clear and concise, and easy to understand without being mean or hurtful. We want to make it clear that we will not tolerate bullying or harassment in this community, and that we will do everything we can to help people improve and grow as writers.

Remember, we're a community of creators, and this is a place where you can feel safe, and confident in posting your work.

We're back, we're ready to help, and we want to hear from you. If there are things you'd like to see from us, or if there's anything you'd like to change, please let us know. We're always happy to hear from you, and to grow as a community.

Best, the r/writing_critiques mod team
