How do you guys cook a week worth of rice?

I have trouble with keeping the rice fresh. It’s always dry and not as appetizing as freshly cooked rice. I like to eat a lot of rice with my meals and I want to know how to cook it in advance so I can have a supply that lasts the entire week. <br><br>Like I said it always ends up dry after 2 days for some reason. I use a instant pot.
