If you meal prep a lot of food at once how do you actually do all the reheat throughout the day or bring it to work? I have tried multiple containers and straws to eat on the go. I also have a minifridge at work but what do you do when you are on the go. <br><br><br>Do you eat your meals cold? I can’t stand eating chicken breast or anything cold. <br><br>How do you keep your food warm for a long period of time. Is that safe? <br><br>Can you do rice and grains easily on the go? <br><br>How does your food last for 3 to 5 days? Mine goes bad after 24 hours.
