What are the ethics on recording / documenting everything in the day-to-day life of someone who thinks they're Christ?

My girlfriend works with someone who literally thinks they're the second coming of Jesus Christ. I was not aware they thought this until recently, but apparently they've been slowly coming out with these claims over the course of a year or so. They post YouTube videos, Facebook livestreams, etc. and document a good deal of their life.

They post a lot of videos of people reacting to them, with many people doing the typical "okay Karen" sort of thing. So they continue to go up to people to share their message and continue to record people's reactions. In a weird way, I think it's good that they document everything - because they fully create content that makes themselves look like the odd-ball.

So my question is, what are the ethics behind recording someone who is convinced they're Jesus, when they go up to random strangers and share their message? Does recording someone who has delusions like this help to further isolate them, or do you think it is fair game to record someone who is going up to random strangers and trying to preach to them?
