CMV: Being small is better than being tall.

Tall people might disagree, but let's be real, most of them were simply born with it. I'm a bit under 4'11 and I can tell you that it has helped me in a lot of things, and here are a few examples why I think being under 5 feet is better than being super tall.

Why would you want to grow up faster when you can stay you're young for longer? People know that you're young and can't do anything even if you're 15 but look 11, and its best that way for us. We don't have to put up with our family and friends pestering us for most of our lives as if watching a tree grow.

We can still do things meant for kids, even when we're older. I'm 13 and can still go on a lot of the rides in an amusement park, and even have to pay as a small kid. It's great as we get things cheaply, and I don't think I'll ever grow out of this stuff, so I can do it for my whole life.

I personally, use it to stand out in school. In the main places like the cafeteria, courtyard, etc there is a line of lockers. A lot of the people around my table are tall, and so you can see me from literally anywhere in the room as the bright white dot in a sea of tall people. To be honest, it's kind of great this way as I don't have to yell for everyone to hear me, I can just walk out from next to a locker and be like "Yo", and everyone knows exactly what I'm talking about as if I'm signaling them by waving my arms and being a giant red flag.

The best thing is, is that people always think I'm younger than I am, so I can never lose my innocence this way. I don't have to act mature until I'm like 17, or something. It's great as I can keep the innocence for even longer, and no matter what, people will always think I'm younger than me, so its not my fault if I mess up or anything. It's not like I'm some tall baby who hasn't grown out of it yet.

Now, the problem with tall people (I'm not trying to belittle them or anything), is that they don't get to have all of this. Tall people are expected to do everything earlier than a short person (according to society), because they can reach things faster and have more strength. It's just not fair to tall people that we can stay young while they grow up sooner or later.

What if tall people wanted to still go on the same rides as a 7 year old? They can't, because they grew out of them. What if tall people wanted to stay young more? They can't, because they have to mature earlier and stuff. It's just so bad for tall people you know?

**tl;dr**: Tall people don't get to do things meant for kids, can't stay young, and have to mature earlier than short people.
---
**Edit:** I mean physically short by the way, not personality or anything.
