My dad thinks I'm crazy

Ok so I get this overwhelming feeling that were living in a simulation-like reality.. I've always had strange experiences my whole life, that I can't explain and I've always just brushed it off, saying it's weird. <br>One night I was walking alone from the car to the store.. I walked past this man and when I did I got hit with this feeling of pure dread, like something was wrong, when I got to the door of the store I looked back and it was gone. No one was there. I've had this feeling multiple times, coming home from work and walking down the stairs, I was on the bus and looked up into the rear view mirror to see a girl next to me, I looked at her and when I looked back she was gone. I get this feeling almost every day, and it's freaking me out.. I try to talk to my dad about it and he just thinks I'm crazy.. I don't know what's happening to me.
