When the guy from IT said "You float too", he meant that the kid floats too....as in dies too.

In the book IT, the phrase "They all float" is repeated a few times. It's meant for the kids to realize that they too will float as in die. <br><br>The way I see it is that the kids are floating between being a kid and being an adult. And in a way, they are all "dead" to their past childhood (and IT's terror) until they are called back to Derry.
