My sister had an incredibly strange encounter with a woman claiming to be pregnant, who then left after my sister gave her food.<br><br> <br>My sister is currently studying abroad in South Korea (from the United States, if that makes a difference). She doesn't speak much Korean, but enough to get herself around and communicate the basics. Right now, she has a cold and decided to stay home and rest. About 2 weeks ago, there was a knock on the door. My sister was surprised, as in the building she's staying in, there is a guard at the front and you need to swipe a card to enter the building and elevator to get anywhere. Meaning you kinda need to know someone in the building to get in. My sister looked through the peephole and saw a Korean woman who was clearly very pregnant (like 9 months). My sister opened the door, saying hi. The woman was clearly distressed and upset, looked like she had been crying, and said in broken English "I...I have no food". My sister was boggled as to who this woman was and how she go into the building, but she invited the woman in and offered her food. The woman ate the food, and then, after about 10 minutes, got up and left. My sister is just incredibly confused as to how that woman got into the building.<br><br> <br>As for me, reading this story immediately sent chills down my spine. The woman's story doesn't even make sense. Why would a clearly 9 months pregnant women leave her house with no food? And how on earth did she get into the building? Stranger things have happened I guess, but I'm just still so confused. Has anyone else ever heard a story like this? Please tell me I'm not going crazy.<br><br> <br>EDIT: I just asked my sister about the elevators, and you need to swipe your card to use them so...I have no idea.
