How do you feel about the whole thing?

There's a lot of people and a lot of opinions here, this sub seems to be experiencing a weird growth spurt. I was just wondering how you feel about it all, in general.<br><br>I see people saying this is a very unusual and important time, where we have a chance to really change the world. Some people think it's all going to be alright. I've heard people saying this is an opportunity for women worldwide to unite in solidarity, or for everyone to come together in spite of our differences.<br><br>Then there's people like me who are kind of... worried. I see trends toward facism, and our rights being stripped away, and actual nazis operating openly on twitter. I don't see much to be hopeful about. I think we are in a period of decline, where the systems we've relied on are collapsing and the social contract is being trampled on. <br><br>What are your thoughts? Is there a chance for real, positive change to come out of this? Or is it more of the same shit?
