How hard would it really be for the EU to cut Russia off entirely.

I’m extremely infuriated that the EU are still giving money to Russia. <br><br>How hard would it be for the EU to do the following, in order of difficulty? <br><br>1. Stop buying Russian gas entirely <br>2. Stop buying Russian oil entirely <br>3. Stop buying Russian coal/lignite entirely <br>4. Offer any Russian citizen who is conscripted a home in the EU. <br>5. End all visas for Russians and don’t allow Russians to fly to Europe. <br>6. Sanction everyone who does business with Russians in the EU. <br><br>I understand that the EU relies on Russian gas for 40% of their supply, but what does this mean in terms of physical infrastructure. <br><br>If your supply is 40% reliant on Russian gas, does that mean that every house has a 40% chance of having their electricity cut off, every day? Or if you are choosing to rely upon 100% Russian gas, then you will be cut off. <br><br>Why can’t you just choose to rely 100% on domestic gas and cut the Russian gas off?
