It's only just dawned on me how good this season is.

Ivey's going to be one of AOTY as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow. Hell, it's probably the next "Attack on Titan" on the popularity scale.

Furthermore, we've got:

\---------------------------

\*Blue Lock 2: Its a great sequel that remains true to the first season, but I suppose my expectations may have been set too high. It's still great, but doesn't quite live up to the hype of the first.

\*The Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts S2: Oh my god, this is really just a bunch of filler at this point. It's bad. If you're going to use filler, at least make it interesting. This is boring as shit, and the anime format does not serve it well, at all.

\*Masamune-kun no Revenge R: Here to remind us why this show caused so many controversies over a decade ago. This is based off a webcomic, so it might be slightly less based on the author's real experiences, but it still remains as cringy as ever. I actually stopped watching the first season when it came out because of how bad it was. But R is even worse. Your mileage may vary, but this one is a bad adaptation through and through.

\*Sasaki and Miyano: Let the curtains draw. I'm glad we got a happy ending, but I also wish we'd gotten more content of the side characters as well.

\*The Goddess of Everything: Oh my god, this is a very well made anime. The story is great so far, and the music sets the tone perfectly.

\*Solo Levelling: I'm not familiar with the story of Solo Levelling, but I like the anime so far.

\*Dark Gathering: Another case of an anime format, which isn't very fitting. It's not bad, but I'd probably prefer it as a manga, in this case.

\---------------------------

Overall, I'd say this is a very strong season. 2024 looks even stronger.
