America is going bankrupt!

The US budget deficit is around 6% of gdp every year for next 10 years. This is a massive amount of debt that has to be paid back. The US debt to gdp ration is over 160%. This is an unsustainable amount of debt. Imagine a country where instead of paying 1/3rd of their income to taxes, they had to pay 50% of it to taxes.
