AITA for not allowing my daughter’s ex fiancé to say his final goodbyes to my daughter who is dying?

My daughter was in a 3 year engagement that ended 2 years ago. Her ex fiance was a great guy but always ran into unfortunate events that left him unable to work for most of their marriage. My daughter who got fed up and left him.<br><br>It’s been 2 years since their breakup and my daughter found a new partner. About a month ago, my daughter was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer that has progressively gotten worse. She is now unable to move or talk due to the size of the tumor. The doctors are saying she may not make it to Christmas and likely has weeks to live. <br><br>My daughter’s ex from back in the day recently found out that she was sick and has asked if he can come say his final good byes to her. My son and his wife think it’s not a good idea as it may upset her other family members as well as her fiancé.<br><br>I think my son and his wife are being selfish and it would be nice to give this poor guy the closure he needs.<br><br>AITA for telling my daughter’s ex that he is welcomed over anytime?
