Do you think it's weird that men don't talk about their bodies and shape?

Lately I have been talking about men body a lot in conversations and I noticed that men don't talk about their bodies. When I tried to talk about their bodies with them, they get really defensive. As a woman, I talk to my friends about my body a lot. What do you think about your bodies, do you guys talk with your friends about this topic?
