ELI5: how does anybody in the world believe Trump is still president?

I see people saying he's still president all the time. How do people seriously believe that? Like I thought he lost the election, then lost all the lawsuits, then lost at the electoral college, then lost at congress when they tried to do thatslider thing, then Biden swore in, then Biden has been president since then doing president stuff. And yet people still think Trump is president?
