What is the most efficient way to buy groceries?

To me, the most efficient way is to simply buy generic. I go to Walmart, and I rarely buy anything that is not Great Value. I even buy the generic brands of spices. I buy the bigger bags of rice, flour, and sugar to avoid buying more often. <br><br>What are some other ways you save money?
