Need help with maps

I have a map that is missing a bunch of geological things like rivers, is there any website that I can use that would make it easy for me to draw rivers and things like that? Mostly I want something that would keep the water flow in one direction and not allow me to make it flow into, for example, a mountain range or something like that.<br><br>Thanks
